It does get hot and humid here in New England sometimes! I looked at your maintenance history in your resident portal and I don't see any work orders for your a/c units. Please let us know if the a/c is functioning properly in your apartment or not. If it isn't, we'd be happy to take a look at it for you! |Recommended: NoI was approved for an apartment here before they changed owners and because I hadn't moved in yet they made me reapply. None of my information changed yet I was denied. I than reapplied using a graurenteer on my application so there should of been no problem but I got denied. The reasoning g made no sense and when I contacted the office they took for ever to answer me and even than didn't have a real answer. I beleive be cause I wasnt a college student I got denied. I shouldn't have gotten denied because not only did I apply with a guarantee or whatever they call it but I also have a subsidy that helps pay for my housing so rent was guaranteed to be played no matter what. It's too bad because I really like the area and my son goes to frontier regional so we need to live in sunderland. I think that I was being discriminated against and I am warning g others because I do t thinking the only one.

|Recommended: YesNot too bad ,not too good — The bedroom and living room is quite large, but the building material is not well. The layout of my house is old and dirty.
Thank you for your review and addressing your concerns. Since we took over the property in December 2018 we've been working to renovate, remodel and repair a property that had years of neglect. It is our hope that during 2020 that a large percentage of our units will be completely remodeled with updated flooring, paint, bathrooms, kitchens, appliances and lighting. We appreciate the patience of our residents as we coordinate with contractors and residents to make the work as seamless as possible.
